Such programs would include shopping carts, banner rotation scripts, search engines, web based e-mail, etc. If you find an application there which does almost what you want it to, I'll be happy to modify it for you. Just pick out the one you like the best and let me know the version your using.

I have been writing CGI applications since 1995. The platforms I've worked with include UNIX and Windows NT, using Perl, PHP, C, C++, Active Server Pages, JavaScript (server and client side), and Visual Basic. I've also written a considerable number of Java, JavaScript, and VBScript applets. Database platforms I've worked with include MySQL, mSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, ODBC.

If at all possible, I like to keep all correspondence via e-mail. I work on several projects at a time, and normally have between 5-15 projects underway at any given time. Using e-mail gives me (any you) a written record of everything we've talked about. If we talk on the phone, then I have nothing to reffer to when I actually sit down to write the application and will most likley forget somthing. I prefer to reserve phone calls for emergencies only.

Development Applications are normally developed on my systems and moved to the client's system when development is complete. If your application requires a special configuration, I may need to you provide a test system for development.

Billing My billing rate is $60.00/hr. Billed in 15 minute increments, with a minumum of one hour. For small projects payment is due (in full) within 30 days after the application is installed on the client system. If payment is not received within 30 days, a $10, or a 10% penalty (which ever is greater) will be imposed for each 30 day period in which payment is not made. For large projects, invoices are sent on a montly basis and are subject to the same penalties described above.

Warranty As long as the application has not been modified after being installed on the client's system, any bugs found within 90 days of installation will be fixed free of charge. In order to make a claim against the warranty, the client must provide the steps needed to reproduce the error, and a reasonable explanation of why the program is believed to be at fault. Waranty claims are responded to on an emergency basis, and are normally resolved the same day the claim is made.

Availability I am a freelance programmer, and I have a daytime job. In general, I am NOT available on weekdays between the hours of 7:00a and 5:00p Eastern time.
